Tammy Stahl

Tammy is an entrepreneur at heart with a lifelong affinity for commercial real estate, cultivated early on while accompanying her father on property acquisitions and site searches. She brings a dynamic professional background defined by operational leadership, strategic business development, and an unwavering commitment to client relations.

She launched her professional career as an Operations Assistant Manager for a medical supply company, where she developed a strong foundation in organizational management and logistics. At just 21 years old, Tammy was appointed Legislative Aid for the Michigan House of Representatives, a distinguished role that eventually relocated her to Nashville, Tennessee to eventually serve in the TN General Assembly Senate.  

Tammy founded her first company, The Battery Store USA, a national distribution enterprise specializing in bulk battery procurement and supply chain solutions for clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. In 2014, she successfully exited the company through a six-figure sale, with the business continuing to expand its market presence nationwide.

She holds an Associate of Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Volunteer State Community College in Gallatin, Tennessee. After extensive legal contract training, in 2013- Tammy founded her first commercial and residential property inspection firm, providing comprehensive due diligence services for buyers, investors, and stakeholders. Under her leadership, the company earned the 2017 HomeAdvisor Customer Service Award in recognition of its exceptional client satisfaction and service excellence. She went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree from Baker College, where she earned honors with a 3.9 GPA. 

With extensive knowledge of the acquisition, investment, and transactional processes within both commercial and residential real estate, Tammy is recognized for her consultative approach, market insight, and dedication to advocating for her clients’ objectives. Her experience with commercial building inspecting, along with her ability to actively listen, identify opportunities, and deliver honest tailored-solutions has positioned her as a trusted advisor within the industry- sets Tammy apart as someone who truly knows people and their needs. 

Outside of real estate, Tammy is a National Anthem vocalist who performs at events across the country.
