Born and raised in West Texas, Chelynne grew up on her grandparents’ pecan orchard in Gardendale and proudly shares her deep roots in the community with her husband and two sons.  Chelynne began her career under the direct leadership and mentorship of Heather Prichard, Broker and Founder of The Prichard Group. Chelynne quickly rose to become the top producer company-wide, leading the entire Central Texas region in sales volume and client satisfaction. 

 Chelynne specializes in residential, commercial, and farm & ranch real estate, serving clients throughout the Permian Basin and The Big Country with the highest level of expertise in the industry. With a background in safe sales, locksmithing, and customer service, she transitioned into real estate with a purpose—to build a life by design while helping others do the same.
